1. Use of the website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use KeyAppix or make purchases.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and checkout.
• You may not use KeyAppix for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product information & pricing

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or complete.
• Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Promotions, discounts and bundle offers are valid for a limited time and may have additional conditions.

3. Orders & payments

• By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected product at the listed price.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors or stock unavailability.
• You authorize us to charge the total order amount, including any applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method.
• Payment information is processed by trusted third-party providers. KeyAppix does not store full card or banking credentials.
• Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, supported cryptocurrencies and LKR bank transfer.

4. Delivery

• Most products are delivered automatically and instantly after payment confirmation.
• Bank-transfer orders are released after the payment slip is verified by our team.
• Delivery times shown on the site are estimates and may vary based on supplier availability.
• It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and account details to receive your codes.

5. Returns & refunds

KeyAppix sells digital products. All sales are final and non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

6. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse our services, attempt fraud, initiate chargebacks on delivered products, resell our codes without authorization, or otherwise violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

• All content on KeyAppix — including text, images, logos and graphics — is the property of KeyAppix or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any KeyAppix content without our prior written consent.
• Third-party brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-party platforms

Codes sold on KeyAppix are redeemed on third-party platforms (Steam, PSN, Xbox, Riot, Garena, Google, etc.). We are not affiliated with these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, terms of service, account bans or changes to their products.

9. Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyAppix, its directors, employees or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy or suitability of any product beyond what is required by applicable law.

10. Changes & termination

We reserve the right to modify, update or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
